Our approach is simple: we source local and organic ingredients whenever possible and let those ingredients shine in each of our recipes. This is why quality is so important. Our no-frills application delivers dishes that are authentically bold, yet layered with subtlety.
BEHIND THE BAR
Our bar program is curated to focus on brands with an emphasis on sustainability and/or organic production techniques. Many of the mainstream corporate liquor brands do not align with those principles. Our bar has all of the major liquors, some amazing Amaros and Apertif liqueurs, incredible whiskey, mezcal, tequila, beers from all over the world, and organic wines you cannot find anywhere else in Morongo Valley.
SWEET TREATS
From our delicious vanilla bean & chocolate gelato, to our tiramisù, our affogato al caffè, and our made-to-order skillet brownie, our desserts are an experience to be had! Make sure you leave some room after dinner to enjoy our sweet treats.
